SW eet- A $204,440.05 contract f6r con struction of a sewer system at Oakland Municipal Airport to Pans Brothers, low bidders, was approved by the Oakland Port Commission yesterday. The sewer will run along Ear-hart Road and tie into the East-bay Municipal Utility District disposal system, replacing septic tanks. CHANNEL LEASE OK'D Lease of 20,000 square feet of land on the airport channel to Fred C. Hallett, of Hallett Marine Supply for the manufacture, repair and servicing of small water craft adjacent to the speedboat clubhouse also was approved. The Port Commission granted the application of Pacific Gas and Ellectric Company to install an eight-inch high pressure gas main on Doolittle Drive and Ear-hart Road to supply Bay Farm Island.
