Eva is anxious to get a car so she and mother can get out a little more. They were very appreciative of the hostess services. We have a new neighbor, Mrs. Vernon G. Kutz who la an electrician and seeking employment.

Mr. Kutz is a Teacher at Landis School. They are from Pasadena and have two children, Vicky and Patty. Another former Pasadena fam- ily, Mrs. Laura Reppert and children, Howard, Larry, and Kenneth are welcome new corners to Baldwin Park.

Your hostess enjoyed visiting with these folks and acquainting them with their home town. From San Berdoo The James R. Perkins family are from San Bernardino, Calif. Their baby daughter Is Opal. They agree that the B.

merchants are very friendly and enjoy shopping here. From Colton, Calif, we wecome, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Thomas and son Ray. Mr.

Thomas is a switchman on the Santa Fe R. R. in L. he works long hours but enjoys living in Baldwin Park. Fishing the hobby they wish they had more time for.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Mendoza are so happy to have been able to leave their former home In Los Angeles. They feel they can better raise their children, Roy Jr. and Denise in a smaller town.

They are anxious to meet local merchants. Also from Los Angeles are our new neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Wheeler and daughter, Denise.

Your hostess found Mrs. Wheeler trying to get all cettled before their expected blessed event arrives. The Whielera were so glad to get all the civic and shopping information. WELCOME TO COVINA The Donald Haai family moved to sunny California to enjoy the weather. They left the mow and of Cleveland, Ohio.

Frase was recently ordained as a minister and serves at the Bethany Baptist Church. The Reverend has brought his wife, and children, Becky and Arnold from Pasadena and they are making their home in Covina. We welcome you to our area. Aberdeen, S. Dakota was the former home of Mr.

and Mrs. Will J. Schneider. They are the parents of, Susan and Deborah and are happily anticipating another blessed event. From Los Angeles From Los Angeles we welcome new comers, Mr.

and Mrs. Vincent A. Aldrin. They like our area very much. Tile Aldrin children are, Robert and Lianne.

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth F. Polzin are glad to be away from the cold weather and plan to buy a home here toon. Their former dome was in Seattle, Washington.

The Polzin's have four children, Douglas, Glenn, Pamela, and Rondal. The state bought the Irving C. Schultz home in Los Angeles and they were so happy to build a new one here in Covina. Schultz is a teller at the Bank of America, They have one son, Harris 14. home of newcomers, Mr.

and Mrs. Julius T. Mahalik. They are striving to make their new home a show place of beauty. They have some lovely pots made of Sea Shells that Mrs.

Mahalik'j father made for them. The Louis A. Blake family are welcome newcomers from Alondra Park, Calif. They are proud of their children, Donald 13, Barbara 10, and Gary 8. Mrs.

Blake plays the piano and plans to teach mu- ic. Your hostess found the Wilfred M. Dye family already had made many new friends. Everyone is ao neighborly you can't help but make friends, they told me. They sre from Inglewood, Calif, and their children are, Barbara, John, and Thomas.

From Gardena, Calif, come our welcome new homeowners, Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Larsen and daughter, Caroline. Their lovely home is complete with pool, patio, and over 60 colorful rose bushes.
