He was 88. A native of New York, he was a resident of Palm Springs for 14 years, and a California resident for 60 years. Mr.

Klein was owner of Stanley's Men's Store in Paramount and Rosemead. He was a former member and president of the Kiwanis Club of Paramount and member of the Palm Springs Kiwanis Club. Mr. Klein was a veteran of World War I and recipient of the Purple Heart. He is survived by his wife, Helen M.

Klein of Palm Springs; and two nieces, Shelly Stein of Scarsdale, N.Y. and Jeanne Preston of Sunnyvale, Calif. Memorial services were held Monday at the family nome. The Rabbi Jacob E. Rosenberg, former rabbi of Temple Nove Sholom in Desert Hot Springs, officiated.

Interment was private. Wiefels and Son mortuary was in charge of arrangements. Northrop Private funeral services were held for Palm Springs resident Mary Louise Northrop, who died Sunday at Desert Hospital in Palm Springs. She was 65. A native of Reading, she was a former resident of Mineda, Long Island, for 30 years.

She lived in Palm Springs for four years and six months. Mrs. Northrop is survived by her husband, Everett Northrop of Palm Springs; a son, Robert Northrop of Boulder, a brother, William DeTurck of Reading, and by three grandchildren. Interment will be at Nassau Knolls Memorial Park, Port Washington, Long Island, N. Y.

Wiefels and Son mortuary of Palm Springs was in charge of local arrangements. Flores Mass was said Monday for Los Angeles and Thermal resident Abelardo Flores, who died May 13 at Indio Hills. He was 21. A native of Los Angeles Mr. Flores was employed as a construction worker.

Mcinturf Funeral services will be held in Phoenix, for Palm Springs resident Margaret Ann McInturf, who died Thursday at Desert Hospital in Palm Springs following a short illness at the age of 91. She was a native of Ottawa, Ill. Mrs. McInturf is survived by a daughter, Faith McInturf of Chicago, a brother, Thomas Garver of Ottawa, a sister, Maude Garver of Los Angeles; and a niece, Mary Lou Lyman of Phoenix, Ariz.

The services will be held at A.L. Moore Funeral Home in Phoenix. Interment will be at St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix. Wiefels and Son morin charge of local arrangements.

Coronado Funeral services were held Tuesday for sevenmonth infant Eric Maduena Coronado, who died in Indio Thursday. He is survived by his parents, Badencio Maduena and Maria Coronado of Indio; a sister, Angelina Maduena of Indio; grandparents, Esther Coronado and Jesus Coronado of Indio The Secret Sale is coming May 25, of Los, Angeles; his Mary Lou Archuof Las Vegas; his Jose Flores of three sisters, Andrea Cardona of Los Angeles, Mary Isabel Flores and Lydia Flores, both of Nevada; two brothers, Gustavo Flores and Johnnie Flores, both of Nevada; two stepsisters, Mary Rangel and Esperanza Flores, both of Riverside; a stepbrother, Jose E. Flores of Indio; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Archuleta of Thermal, and Enrique Gutierrez of Indio.
