Valley was first elected chairwoman last year Third District Supervisor Kay Ceniceros of Hemet was chosen as vice chairwoman She represents Desert Hot Springs and the high desert Both Larson and Ceniceros will bold their positions for one year And joining the board Tuesday was Bob Buster a citrus rancher and former Riverside city councilman elected in November to represent the 1st District
