Some remarkably good shooting was witnessed by the large crowd of members and visitors who attended tho field, thanks to tho presence of several expert marksmen who repre- nt leading sporting gun and ammunition concerns. Skillful marksmanship WHS displayed by many of the local sportsmen, too, but they did not compete In any of the twenty-five bird matches becauso It was fast growing dark when tlie experts completed their match.
