CHATHAM TWP A funeral service will held at 10 30 a today at the Burroughs and Knhr Funeral Home. 106 Main St Madison for Mrs Hilda Morton retired head supervisor of maternity at Morristown Memorial Hospital Mrs Morton ho was 65 and lived at 14 Chestnut Hd died suddenly at Overlook Hospital Bom in LohiRhton, Pa she lived in Whippany and Green Village before moving to the Township three years ago She was a graduate of the Morristown Memorial Hospital School of Nursing Mrs Morton was past Royal Matron of Colonial Court No 45 Order of Amaranth, a member of the ladies' Auxiliary of the Commandry and a member of the Morristown Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star She also belonged to the Alumnae Association of Morristown Memorial Hospital and the First Presbyterian Church of Whippany Surviving are her husband. Ralph a daughter Mrs David Prudden of the Town ship son Lt Col Norman Morton.

Pa Mrs Gonzales died Friday, Jan 17. at Morristown Memorial Hospital after a short illness She was horn in Wilkinsburg. Pa and lived in Madison and Chatham before moving 12 years ago to New Vernon She was a graduate of Swarthmore College and was a member of the Madison Presbyterian Church Madison Branch of the American Association of University Women. Mrs Kruse was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Chatham Unit No 92 The wife of the late Henry Kruse she is survived by two sons Henry Jr of Albany.
