George and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Nix, was the guest of her sister-in-law, Mrs. T. S.

Greene and family last week. She left for her home, Vienna, Tuesday. Dr. and Mrs. W.

F. Yarbrough, church, and Rev. Crowson filled the pulpit for morning and evening services. At the urgent request of many in the community Crowson has consented to remain for a serie of meetings which are being held at the church here, and we wish to ask all who can to come. Morning services will be held at eleven o'clock, evening services at eight.

Rev. Crowson is a preacher of unusual ability, a consecrated man and a deep student of the Bible, and his sermons are a delight to all who have the pleasure of hearing him. Preparations are being made by the Seaboard Air Line to extend the side track east quite a making a passing track for the many trains which meet here daily. A part of the force have arrived already and are preparing to begin operation of the steam shovel which will be used in the work. Mr.

That section 800 of the revised ordinances of the city of Tallahassee, adopted 1924, hah be amended so as to read is follows: That the City of Tallahassee shall charge and collect from consumers of electricity furnished by the city for lighting purposes within the corporate limits of the city of Tallahassee, the following rates per kilowatt hour, to-wit: For the first Two rjundred kilowatt hours, Twelve and one half cents per kilowatt hour.
