GEORGE S. SHRADER GIVES ASSURANCE TO HIS CREDITORS George S. Shrader, senior member of the contracting firm of George S. Shradcr and Son; and father ot Charles S. Shiader who mysteriously disappeared from town last week, makes a consoHug statement for the benefit of his creditors.

Mr. Shrader has declared that he will see that no man loses on account of the disappearance of Iris son. He says that ail he asks is for a little time in which matters and work out a solution. He contends that to pay everything off at the present time is more than people ought to expect, as the trouble that has recently come to him, has injured his credit to such an extent that he is unahle to finance himself, and that if people push him, it will mean sacrificing his property, and no one will realize the full amount of their claims. Mr.

Shrader is well along in years, and he has no other purpose in life than to deal honestly and uprightly with everybody, and he has determined to see that no one loses an honest claim against the firm. When asked concerning the amount of the liabilities of the firm, Mr. Shrader said he could hardly tell, but they would not exceed $5,000, The contracting business will still be continued. The firm has been reorganized, and the four other boys, together with the father, expect to continue operations. Several houses are now under construction and there will be nft suspensions whatever.

The father will personally supervise the business and George Shrader, Jr. will be genera! foreman. Mr. Shrader aak3 for the continued confidence yf the people, assuring them that everything will come out all right.
