R. Buckminster Fuller and his wife, Anne, were buried in historic Mount Auburn cemetery Friday after a service celebrating his ideas and the couple's love for each other. The press and public were not allowed in the cemetery chapel for the service, but those who attended described it to reporters. James Olesen, who sang in the service, said Fuller's daughter, son-in-law and grandson read selections from Fuller's poetry and philosophy.

Singer John Denver sang a song especially written for Fuller. "It wasn't what I expected. It seemed to be all-encompassing and embracing of his friends and of his philosophy of the world," said Francis D. Fane, who had known Fuller since 1957. "It (the service) was so intimate.

The family stood up and related their personal feelings at UB Vice President J. Cox Dies CHIMIRRI. Gaetano Chlmirri, 78, of Floridia, Italy, died Friday, (July 8, 1983) in Floridia. He is survived by his wife, Sebastiana (Tartag-lia) Chimirri; two sons, Mario and Aldo Chimirri, both of Hartford; a daughter, Lucy Marsella of Hartford, and another son and two daughters in Floridia, and 13 grandchildren, Funeral was held in Floridia. A memorial mass will be Monday, Aug.

Dorsett, 73, of Lyme Rock, died Friday, (July 8) at his home. Born' in Mansfield, Dec. 28, 1909, son of the late Edward B. and Catherine (Crut-tenden) Dorsett. He was a graduate of Mansfield State College, and received his masters degree from Duke University.

He taught math at the Housatonic Valley Regional High School, and was the vice principal until his retirement in 1969. He was Salisbury judge of probate from 1970 to 1979, he was a member of the Republican Town Committee, and Lakeville United Methodist Church. A former member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, clerk of Lyme Rock Lighting District for 32 years, and a past president of the Connecticut Education Association. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor (Rowell) Dorsett of Lyme Rock; a son, Edward R. Dorsett of Morris; two daughters, Mrs.

Deborah Ingves of Lakeville, and Mrs. Janet Wachs-man of East Peppered, four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at United Methodist Church, Lake-ville. Burial will be in Lyme Rock Cemetery.

Friends may call at Newkirk Funeral Home, Main Street, Lakeville, Sunday, 7-9 p.m. in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Salisbury Public Health Nursing Association, or to the United Methodist Church. DOWN. Mrs. Anna (Wilbraham) Down, 90, of Old Antrim Road, Hancock, N.H., died Thursday (July 7, 1983) at a convalescent home in Peterborough, N.H.

Born in Poquonock, May 13, 1893, daughter of the late Herbert H. and Mary (Kennedy) Wilbraham, she was the widow of Eugene E.A. Down, and had been employed by the Knox Insurance Agency in Hartford for many years, prior to her retirement. She leaves a sister, Mrs. Earl (Mildred) Blaney of Warehouse Point; a brother, Lee F.

Wilbraham of Cincinnati, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m., at the Carmon-Poquonock Funeral Home, 1816 Poquonock Poquonock. The Rev. Stoddard Williams of Unionville, husband of a niece of the deceased, will officiate. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery, Poquonock.

Sophie Ann Dunsa-vage, 69, of 67 Shady Glen Lane, Somers, widow of Bernard Dunsavage, died Friday, (July 8) at Johnson Memorial Hospital. Born in Plains, she was a resident of Somers for the last four years. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Anthony R. (Dolores) Brzo-zowski of Somers, with whom she made her home; a son, Bernard Dunsavage of Plains, seven grandchildren.

Funeral will be Monday in Plains, from Co-coran Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Somers Funeral Home, has charge of local arrangements. ELRICK. Robert M.

Elrick of Wethersfield, died Thursday (July 7) at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. He was a graduate of Trinity College, and was the president and treasurer of W.W. C.F. Tucker Inc.

in Wethersfield. He was on the board of directors of the Wethersfield-Rocky Hill Rotary Club, and was a member of the Wethersfield Country Club and the Glastonbury Community Church. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Elrick; a son, William Elrick of Enfield; a daughter, Mary Flynn of Newington; a brother, Donald EI-' rick of Simsbury, and three grandchildren. Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family. There will be a memorial service this afternoon at 3 p.m.

Elrick Memorial Fund at the Glastonbury Community Church. HELFAND. Gussie Helfand, 98, of North Dartmouth, widow of Harry Helfand, and mother of Arnold Helfand, died Friday, (July 8) at St.

Luke's Hospital, New Bedford, Mass. Born in Russia. She is survived by six sons, six daughters, 17 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be July 10 at Abata Ac him Synagogue, New Bedford, Mass. HINDSON.

Gertrude (Zutter) Hind-son, 59, of Altamonfe Springs, formerly of Demlng Street, South Windsor, died Thursday, (July 7) in Fredericksburg, Va. Wife of Thomas E. Hindson. She lived in Bolton and South Windsor, before moving to Florida in 1979. Prior to retiring, she had worked as a clerk typist at Pratt Whitney Aircraft, East Hartford.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, two daughters, and five grandchildren. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 239 Graham Road, South Windsor. Friends may call at Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St, Manchester. Monday, 7-9 p.m.

Sullivan of 16 Hubbard Drive, Glastonbury, husband of Queria (Affleck) Sullivan, died Friday (July 8). Prior to his retirement, he was employed by the Roser Tannery in Glastonbury. He was a member of St. Paul's Men's Club, the Knights of Columbus, Glastonbury Council No. 2533, and a member of A.A.R.P. Chapter No.

Aksel Dybdal Larsen, 71, of Rt. 7, Franklin, N.C., died July 6 in Franklin, N.C. Born April 29, 1912 in Denmark to the late Oskar Larsen and Andrea (Dybdal) Larsen. He was married Feb. 1, 1933 to Mary (Boyle) Larsen in Connecticut.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked for the Industrial Development where he was employed as a general plant manager in Stamford, before moving to North Carolina 10 years ago where he was employed as a real estate developer. Besides his wife, he leaves a daughter, Anna Marie Frazer of Colchester; five broth-ers, Herluf, Kresten, and Eigild Larsen, ati of Denmark, Hartvig Larsen in Florida, and Christin Larsen in New York; two sisters, Marie Andersen, and Else Hag-gren, both in Denmark; two grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m.

(Taylor) Peterson, 72, of 1214 Forest Jackson, formerly of West Gardner Street, Manchester, passed away Tuesday, (July 5) at her home in Alabama. Widow of Erick H. Peterson. Born June 17, 1911 in Manchester, and had been a lifelong resident before moving to Alabama five years ago. Prior to her retirement in the late 1960's, she was a nurses aid at Meadows Convalescent Home, Manchester.

She was a former member of South United Methodist Church, Manchester. She is survived by a son, Harry E. Peterson of Manchester; a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Elliott of Jackson, three sisters, Mrs. Arlene Lanagan of Manchester, Mrs.

Elizabeth Carrenza of Longmeadow, and Mrs. Grace Hatcher of West Springfield, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Monday, July 11 at 1:30 p.m. at Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main Manchester. Burial will be in East Cemetery, Manchester.

Mrs. Lillian (Veda) Sferrazza, 87, of 119 Spring Enfield, died Friday, (July 8) at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Mass. Born in Naro, Italy, she was a resident of Enfield the last 55 years. She was a well-known former owner with her late husband, Joseph, in the operation of Vincent's Apparel for 45 years, retiring a year ago. She was a communicant of St.

Patrick's Church, a-member of St. Joseph's Society, and the Confraternity of the Passion. She is survived by a son, Vin-' cent J. Sferrazza of Enfield; a daughter, Margaret M. Sferrazza of Enfield; a brother, Vincent Veda of Westbrook; two sisters, Mrs.

He earned a MS degree from Fisk University, Nashville, in 1966. He did graduate work at the University of Connecticut, Storrs. He was a unit leader at Fox Middle School, Hartford, and was acting assistant vice principal at Weaver High School for three years. At the time of his death, he was principal of Moylan -Alternate Secondary Center In Hartford, also an instructor of astronomy at Manchester Community College. He was a member of the State Department Education's Accreditation Program for Teachers in the State of Connecticut, a member of Civitan International, the Hartford Principals Association, Phi Delta Kappa Honorary Educational Fraternity, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, and a communicant of St.

Joseph's Church. He is survived by his wife, Angela (Owen) Terry, a daughter, Angela Daphne Terry, and a son. Warren Terry, all of Windham Center; his mother, Mrs. Annie (Marshall) Terry of Brighton, a brother, Steve Terry and two sisters, Zie Ann Hendricks, and Denise Terry, all in Alabama; three nephews and four nieces. He served in the Army Reserves from 1958 to 1966. He is survived by his parents, Louis and Dorothy (Grant) Varni of South Glastonbury; a son, Scott Varnf-to-JTexas; two daughters, Monica Varni, and Jacquelin Varni, both of South Glastonbury; two brothers, David Varni of Glastonbury, and Walter Varni of South Glastonbury. Joseph F. Guminski, 80, of 18 John Enfield, was dead on arrival at Baystate Medical Center, Wesson Unit, Thursday morning (July 7) after being stricken at his home with a heart attack. He was born in Providence, R.I., and had Ifved in Enfield for the last 50 years. He and his wife, the former Sophie An-klewici, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 29, 1982. He was formerly employed as an inspector at Pratt Whitney for 12 years, and was later a self employed advertising sales representative.

He was a charter member, past president and past secretary of the Enfield Hunter's Club, treasurer of the Amherst Realty a member of Chapter No. 3062 A.A.R.P., a former member of the Republican Town Committee, a member of the Republican Club, a former police commissioner and justice of the peace, treasurer of the Polish American Republican Club of Hartford, and a member of the Krakusy Society of Enfield. He -was a member of Washington Irving Council No. 50 Knights of Columbus, a member of the Historical Society, and a member of the North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce. He was a com-municant of St.

Adalbert's Church, and a member of its Holy Name Society. Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Allan F. Guminski of Salem, and Enfield; a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Elaine) Masterson of Somers, and five grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday at 9:15 a.m., from Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, followed by a liturgy of Christian burial in St.

Box 220, Enfield, or to St. Adalbert's Church, Enfield. JAKOBOSKI. Katherine (Zelek) Jakoboski, 94, of 387 Goodwin East Hartford, died Thursday, (July 7) at a local convalescent hospital. Born in Poland, she lived most of her life in East Hartford.

She was the widow of Anton! Jako-boski. She was a member of the Polish Women's Auxiliary of St. Cyril Methodius Church of Hartford. She leaves two sons, Anthony Jakoboski of East Hartford, and Walter Jakoboski of Lebanon; seven grandchildren, and six greatgrandchildren. Funeral service will be Monday at 10:15 a.m.

In East Hartford. Ashbey E. MacDonald, 76, of 905 Burnside East Hartford, husband of the late Mary Louise (Cudworth) MacDonald, died suddenly Thursday, (July 7) at his home. Born in Noank, he was a former resident of Willimantic and Florida, prior to moving to East Hartford. Prior to his retirement, he was employed 37 years by United States Service as a railway mail clerk.

He was a member of the First Congregational Church of East Hartford. He is survived by a son, Robert C. MacDonald of East Hartford; two grandchildren, David MacDon-aid, and Kelli MacDonald, both of Syracuse, N.Y.; a brother, Charles W. MacDonald of Niantic; a sister, Myrtle Pentz of West Palm Beach, a sister-in-law, Ruth Kamm-ritz of North Windham. Funeral service and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Frederick M. Milos, M.S., 82, of the Missionaries of Our Lady of LaSalette, 85 New Park Hartford, died Thursday (July 7) at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. He was born in Ware, son of the late Adalbert and Catherine Milos. Father Milos professed his first vows at the Bloomfield Novitiate in 1920, his final vows in 1924, and was ordained for the Priesthood on July 7, 1919.

He taught at the LaSalette Seminaries In Hartford, and Ada-mont, N.Y and was sub-master of novices and treasurer In Bloom-field. His parish assignments included: assistant pastor of St. James Church, Danielson; St. Francis de Sales Church, Phoenicia, N.Y- St. Mary's Church, Ware, and pastor of Hofy Trinity Church, Westfield, Mass.

He is survived by four brothers, Joseph J. Milos of Ware, Rev. Stanislaus A. Milos of Port Reading, N.J., Barney Milos of Enfield, and Peter Milos of Indian Orchard, a sister, Elizabeth Milos of Ware, Mass and a nephew. Rev.

Joseph Sullivan in Vermont. A concelebrated mass of Christian burial will be Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Ware, Mass. Visitation hours will be Sunday beginning at 2 p.m.

The Fullers, both 87, died in Los Angeles within two days of each other. The noted futurist author, inventor of the geodesic dome, died of a heart attack as he sat by his unconscious wife last Friday, She died Sunday morning of complications following stomach surgery. The couple wed in 1917. Fuller wrote 25 books, including "Nine Chains to the Moon" and "Operating Manual for Spaceship Earth.

Press area, Cox was the first of the school's alumni to be appointed as one of its officers and, in 1966, as its director of alumni relations. University of Bridgeport President Leland Miles hailed Cox as "one of the foremost public representatives of the university in the greater Bridgeport area." Born in Clinton, Cox was member of several civic, business and religious groups. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Woodhull Cox, and two sons. Bristol Man, 21, Killed in Crash PLYMOUTH A 21-year-old Bristol man was killed Friday afternoon when he drove his motorcycle into the wrong lane of Route 72 and hit a dump truck, policesaid. Sandstrom Mcintosh Drive in Bristol was driving north on Route 72 when he rounded a corner, entered the southbound lane and struck a truck driven by Ronald Wollen-berg, 49, of Plymouth. Born In Brooklyn, N.Y., Nov. 2, 1912, son of the late Francis and Petronella (Muskola-tis) Andrukaitis. Before his retirement, he was employed at Brook-field Nurseries, Brookfieid. Besides his wife, he leaves a brother, Anthony J. Andrukaitis of Clinton; five sisters, Helen Makul, and Catherine Bialecki, both of New Haven, Nellie Morro, and Eva MacFayden, both of Hamden, and Mary Carrano of Wallingford.

He was predeceased by a sister, Anna AAakul, and a brother, John Andrukaitis. Funeral procession will leave the Swan Funeral Home, 80 E. Main Clinton, today at 8:30 a.m. for a mass of Christian burial at 9 a.m. in St.
