Therese Medical Center in Waukegan. He was born in Milwaukee, formerly lived in Chicago and lived in Libertyville for the past 40 years. He served in the Army in World War II. He is survived by his wife, Hazel; two daughters, Laurie and Mary; three sons, Steven, Thomas and John; a sister, a brother; and five grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m.
