Man Charged In Killing of Nude Woman FAIRFIELD (AP) A 32-year-old Milford man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a Danbury woman who was a patient at a state mental institution, police said.

Three weeks ago similar blasts wrecked three stores but no one was injured. Monday's bombs went off within seconds of each other at Rosemary's Cafe and Isabel's Coffee Shop, popular eateries 50 yards apart. They were crowded with shoppers and office workers during the lunch hour.

Police said a telephoned warning about the bomb at Rosemary's Cafe was received seconds before the blast. There was no warning of the other bomb. Police Search For Driver in Fatal Crash STRATFORD (UPI) Police were still searching Monday for a woman driver believed responsible for a multlvehicle crash on the Connecticut Turnpike that killed three persons and injured 12. The accident occurred in a light rain Saturday afternoon when a tractor-trailer truck apparently swerved to avoid hitting the woman's car. Police say the woman was apparently trying to avoid paying a toll and was backing up to an exit on 1-95.

She reportedly escaped without injury. The truck plowed through a median divider and into the eastbound lanes, striking a car driven by Marvin Zie-bel, 49, of Bethpage, N.Y. Four other cars slammed into the truck in rapid succession. A spokesman at Bridgeport Hospital said Ziebel, his wife, Hilda, 44, and their daughter, Deborah, 18, were dead on arrival. Three other persons were admitted to the hospital.

Nine were treated for injuries at Milford Hospital. BELFAST, Northern Ireland (AP) Two bombs exploded in crowded Belfast restaurants Monday, blowing an infant out of its carriage and hurling diners into the street, police and witnesses reported. Thirty three persons were injured. The 10-month-old baby and nine other victims were hospitalized. The bombs, containing between one and three pounds of explosives, were somehow smuggled through the tight security around Belfast's city center, known as the "ring of steel." The district is surrounded by a high steel fence and guarded by troops and police Who check and search all whoenter.

The militant Provisional wing of the Irish Republican Army claimed responsibility for the blasts in telephoned statements to several Belfast news organizations. The almost exclusively Roman Catholic IRA is fighting to drive the British out of Northern Ireland and merge the Protestant-dominated province with the predominantly Catholic Irish Republic. A spokesman for Northern Ireland Secretary Roy Mason, Britain's minister in charge of the embattled province, said an investigation would be launched to find out how the security net was breached. Security authorities said they suspect that women terrorists may be smuggling explosives past the city center checkpoints and assem- Funeral Set In Car Death A Mass of Christian Burial for Joseph Canepa, 32, of 560 Main Glastonbury, who died Sunday from injuries received in a three-car crash on Rt. 2 In Glastonbury, will be Wednesday at 10 a.m.

One of the victims sued the Mexican restaurant that served the tainted food.

Health officials estimated that perhaps 10 or 15 more cases would emerge by late Fridav, when the eight- incubation period for the dis ease expires. They said hundreds of restaurant patrons were still in danger including some believed to have left the state. Five new cases of. botulism were reported Monday and health officials said they expected new cases to emerge on the average of. three per day.

Dr. Robert Locey, Oakland County health director, expressed optimism "that somehow we can can get out of this without any deaths." He said the fact that no one had died "is a very bright sign." The class-action damage suit was filed by Sally Kos-kev, 23, of Pontiac, a surgical nurse at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital, whose employes often frequented Trim and Carmen's restaurant just down the street. Like the others, Miss Koskey remained hospitalized with the disease. Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Francis X.

O'Brien, who will consider the case, issued an injunction ordering preservation of all the evidence including the 147 jars of home-canned peppers blamed for the outbreak.
