was dead on arrival at a local hospital Saturday morning. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the O'Connor Memorial Chapel. Rev. Terry Regan will officiate.

Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Dr. C. E. Magner, county coroner, said death was due to an apparent overdose of drugs.

He said an autopsy has been performed and tests are being conducted to determine the exact cause of death, adding that results would be known in about a week. Glaeske was born in 1949 in Falls to the late Charles R. Glaeske and Carol Jackman Glaeske. He attended McKinley Elementary School, East and West junior high schools and was graduated from C. M.

Russell High School in 1968. Surviving are his mother at 3520 6th Ave. brothers, Steven B. of Bozeman and David L. of Great Falls; sister, Mrs.

Hani (Star Hawatmeh of San Diego, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Glaeske of Great Falls. Richard Walker Richard Walker, 76, Cut Bank, died Saturday morning in a Great Falls hospital. The body will be sent by Chapel of Chimes Funeral Home by Burns Funeral Home in Cut Bank for funeral services and burial.

Martinez, 1117 1st Ave. painter, died Saturday morning in a local hospital. He was 43. Martinez became ill six months ago and had been hospitalized in a Salt Lake City veterans hospital for four months before entering the hospital here Dec. 5.

Funeral services will be announced by Chapel of Chimes Funeral Home. Martinez was born in 1933 in Albuquerque, N. M. He was a veteran of U. S.

Army service in Korea. He married Claire Linton in 1955 in South Dakota and the couple came to Great Falls in 1967. Surviving are the widow; 11 children, John Mrs. Larry (Jackie) Douglas, James, Cindy, Kness, Randy, Susan, Tony, Lisa, Tim and David, all of Great Falls; mother, Mrs. Alice Martinez of Belle Fourche, S.

and nine brothers and sisters in South Dakota, Colorado and Nebraska. Roberts rites Graveside services will be con ducted Monday at 2 p.m. in Mount Olivet Cemetery for Corey Lee Roberts, six-day-old son of Cynthia H. Roberts, 402 2nd Ave. SW.

Rev. David Dwyer will officiate. The infant was born Christmas Day. Surviving besides the mother are grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.

Ortney Roberts of Great Falls, and great-grandmothers, Leona Roberts of Great Falls and Marie Vellner in Minnesota. Croxford Sons Mortuary is in charge. Funeral services for Mrs. Harold "Harry" (Irene Bertsch, 48, 748 Skyline Drive, will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at St.

Treasure State deaths State deaths LEWISTOWN NOEL, Choe 73, died at his home here Saturday after a lengthy illness. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the CreelMorrison-Retz Chapel. A Missouri native, Noel came to central Montana with his parents in 1907. He married Helen Ternaat here in 1930.

Before moving here in 1948, the couple lived in Moore and Hobson, where Noel was a car salesman and operated a mail route. Surviving are the widow; sons, J. Robert of Hobson and Kenneth and Raymond, both of Kalispell; a daughter, Mary Lee Develin, Libby, a sister in Nebraska, 14 grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren. KALISPELL DELORY, Joseph 84, of Corum, died at a Whitefish hospital Friday. He was born in Georgetown, Prince Edward Island, and spent his early life in Canada.

He moved to Corum in 1928 and worked as a carpenter before establishing a logging business which he operated until his retirement in 1956. He lived a few years in San Benito, before returning to Corum in 1966, where he had since lived. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors are a son, Albert, Trail, B.C.; three daughters, Mabel Vaughan of Oliver, B.C.; Helen Danchuck of Ft. Langley, B.C., and Lillian Pilgrim of Central Falls, R.I.; sister, Sadie Lablamc of Boston, 18 grandchildren and 18 greatgrandchildren.

Funeral to be at 2 p.m. Monday at Johnson Chapel in Kalispell with Rev. Jack McDonald officiating. When the Montana Legislature convenes Monday, Cascade County will be represented by eight Democrats and five Republicans in the House of Representatives and four Democrats and three Republicans in the Senate. The Democrat-Republican split in the Senate remains the same, but Democrats lost two House seats to Republican challengers in the November general election.

The House delegation will be led by veteran Democrat Jack Gunderson of Power, who will be serving his seventh consecutive term. Gunderson, 47, has served as chairman of the Education Committee during the past two sessions. He is a grain farmer and represents the Latter-day Saints Stake House, Courthouse, Whittier and Collins precincts. Another veteran returning is retired farmer-rancher John B. Staigmiller, 68, Cascade, who has served as chairman of the House Fish and Game Committee for three sessions and will head it again.

Democrat Staigmiller represents Sun River Valley precincts and Ulm, Cascade, Augusta and Wolf Creek. Other Democratic legislators re-elected were Helen O'Connell, 58, who will be serving her second term on behalf of Franklin, Westside Community Hall, West Junior High and Valley View precincts; Joe Tropila, 40, who is representing Riverview, St. Luke's, Sacajawea and Skyline precincts for the second time, and Peter J. Gilligan 35, who is serving his second term from Eagles Manor, Sunnyside and Parkdale precincts. Republicans re-elected were Jack K.

Moore, 54, from Great Falls High, Paris Gibson, Lincoln and Mountain View precincts and W. Jay Fabrega, 42, from Meadowlark, Country Club Fire Station, Boy Scout Building, Donovan Park Community Hall and Loy precincts. Both were re-elected to their second terms. Fabrega had no opposition. Freshmen Democrats will be Patrick L.

Kenny, 62, who will serve from Roosevelt, Lowell, Morningside and Holy Family precincts. Freshmen Republicans are led by Darryl Meyer, 38, and Warren O'Keefe, 42, who won seats formerly held by Democrats.

Meyer will represent the district comprised of Lewis and Clark, East Junior High, Sunrise Court and Chief Joseph precincts. This was the district represented by former House Speaker Pat McKittrick, who was defeated in the June primary Democratic in his nomination bid for to the Eastern District congressional seat. 0'Keefe defeated incumbent Geraldine Travis in the district made up of Malmstrom Air Force Base. Travis had served one term. She has filed eight allegations of election misconduct against O'Keefe with the state Commissioner of Campaign Finances and Practices.

The third freshman is Burt Hurwitz, former longtime Meagher County commissioner, who won the seat formerly held by Republican await legislature's Elmer Schye of White Sulphur Springs. The district includes rural communities in the county's eastern section. O'Connell is the first woman elected to the Great Falls City Council. Tropila is associated with Town Country Realty. Ryan is a state probation and parole officer.

Gilligan teaches at Great Falls High School. Pistoria is a retired Montana Power Co. employe who calls himself a citizens' advocate. Kenny is a retired sales supervisor for an insurance Moore is a retired Air Force colonel. Meyer is president of Montana Auto College.

O'Keefe is brokermanager of Holiday Realty. Fabrega is an aluminum and glass contractor and Hurwitz has ranched since 1950. Elected to the Senate in the November election were Democrats Larry Fasbender and William G. Thomas and Republican George F. Roskie.

Fasbender, who will be serving his second term, represents the district comprising Sun River Valley, Russell Elementary, Ulm, Cascade, Wolf Creek, Augusta, Franklin, Westside Community Hall, West Junior High and Valley View precincts. He served four terms in the House before moving to the Senate. He served as majority whip in HELP! Roskie, 63, is a retired regional forester with the U. S. Service in convening Forest real estate and commercial investments. Holdover senators are MarWarden, 58, who has garet been active in civic affairs for many years and who as served a Cascade County delegate to the 1972 Montana Constitutional Convention; John W. Devine, 49, an officer of Devine Asselstine, a beer wholesale firm; Pat Goodover, 59, broker with Goodover-Hannah Realty, and Jack Galt, Martinsdale rancher.

He was born at Thief River Falls, and grew up in that area.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1942 and served until 1945. He later came to the Shelby area and worked for Petrolane Co. at the time of his death. Survivors are his wife, Margaret, of Shelby, and several relatives in Minnesota.

The Burns Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. HARLOWTON LAIN, Mrs. Olaf (Ruby), 82, who with her husband operated the Lain Chevrolet Co. here for many years, died Friday after suffering a heart attack at her home. Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m.

in Perkins Funeral Home in Harlowton with Rev. Larry Vinson officiating. Burial will be in Harlowton Cemetery. Ruby Settle was born in Martinsdale in 1894 and attended Bozeman High School. She was graduated from Stanley Junior College in Minneapolis.

She married Lain Sept. 9, 1933. They operated the auto firm until retiring in 1959. He died in 1974. Surviving are nieces and nephews, including Martin Settle of Canyon Creek and Margaret Todd of Bozeman.

VALIER ARNST, Mrs. Robert (Janet), 44, died Friday in a Great Falls hospital. Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the Valier United Methodist Church with Rev. Elmer Robison and Don Sporleder officiating.

Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Janet Kingston was born in 1932 in Valier and was reared there. She was graduated from Valier High School and attended University of Montana in Missoula. She married, Arnst Oct. 27, 1950 and they made their home on a ranch west of Valier since then.

Surviving are the widower; two sons, Gary of Valier and Randy, a student at UM; two daughters, Ramona Charba of Silver Springs, Md. and Marlene at Montana State University in Bozeman; one granddaughter; mother, Lillian Kingston of Valier; brothers, James of Queens, N.
