Garden Clubs Convention In Progress HOUSTON Regional breakfasts, a morning business cession, a Spanish luncheon and afternoon toui-s of Ihree of Hous- ton's'- outstanding gardens highlighted the activities ot (he'31st annual convention of National Council of State Garden Clubs.
