John C. Campbell, 44, 427 N. Nesmith pleaded guilty to drunken driving second offense; $750 fine, 90 days in jail, license revoked for one year; fine and 83 today in the funeral home. Martin Kjellsen ARLINGTON Martin Peter Kjellsen, 91, Arlington, died Saturday in the Brookings Hospital. Mr.

Kjellsen was born Oct. 15, 1897, in Jutland, Denmark. He married Martha Dahl on June 15, 1930 in Huron. He owned and operated the Chevrolet Garage in Arlington from 1930 until retiring in 1969. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and several organizations.

His wife died Feb. 19, 1985. Survivors include a son, Ronald, Eagen, six grandchildren; a brother and three sisters. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Monday in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Arlington.

Burial will be in the Arlington City Cemetery. Visitation will be in the afternoon and evening today in the Johnson-Henry Funeral Home, Arlington, and before services Monday in the church. Helen Nyhaug VOLIN Helen L. Nyhaug, 85, rural Volin, died Saturday in the Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home, Viborg. Helen Vognild was born July 27, 1903, in Armour.

She married Chris Nyhaug on June 9, 1927, in Mission Hill. Her husband preceded her in death. A man was arrested on warrant in the 800 block of East Eighth Street and turned over to the Minnehaha County sheriff's office. A larceny was reported in the 1500 block of South Prairie Avenue.

A man was arrested for shoplifting at Lewis Eastgate, 1301 E. 10th St. A larceny was reported in the 300 block of North West Avenue. A forgery was reported at the Suburban Motel, 3308 E. 10th St.

A burglary was reported in the Village Apartments, 3401 E. 11th St. Two juvenile shoplifters were reported at Lewis Westgate, 2700 W. 12th St. Vandalism was reported at the Szechwan Restaurant, 423 S.

Phillips Ave. A juvenile shoplifter was reported at the Sunshine food store, 421 W. Eighth St. A man was arrested for simple assault in the 300 block of North Main Avenue. A man was arrested on warrant at 26th Street and Southeastern Drive.

Two juvenile shoplifters were reported at Radio Shack, 4001 W. 41st St. Three citations were issued after a juvenile party was reported a quarter-mile north of Jeanne Drive and a quarter-mile east of Carolyn Avenue. A liquor violation was reported in the 400 block of vWest Ninth Street. 1 Deaths Sioux Falls Walton Witzke Walton E.

Witzke, 77, 32 River-view Heights, died Saturday in his home after a long illness with lung cancer. Mr. Witzke was born June 9, 1911, in St. Paul, Minn. In 1934, he married Adeline Alter-matt while she was a nurse at the Mayo Clinic.

He graduated from the University of Min nesota in 1938, Wjtzke then moved to Watford City, N.D., where he was appointed administrator of social services for McKenzie County. From 1940 until 1942, he lived in Owatonna, and served as the administrator for Steele Co. He and his family then moved to Buffalo, where they lived for five years and he served as administrator of the Hennepin County area. In 1947, they moved back to Rochester, where he owned and operated the Town House with his two brothers, Harold and Leonard. In 1965, he retired and left Rochester in 1969, and moved to Deltona, Fla.

He lived there until 1986 when he and his wife moved to Sioux Falls. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Walton, New Brighton, Gary, Tampa, and Dr. David, Sioux a daughter, Dr. Janet McGowan, Deerfield, five grandchildren; and two brothers, Harold, Rochester; and Leonard, Phoenix, Ariz. A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m.

Friday in the Miller Funeral Home. Leonard Hecht Leonard Hecht, 63, 5404 N. French died Thursday in Chamberlain. Mr. Hecht was born Dec.

15, 1924, in Larch-wood, Iowa. He grew up in the Larchwood and Lester, Iowa, areas. He was graduated from Lester High School. He married Jennie Zwak on Dec. 1955, in Omaha, Neb.

Arrangements are pending with the Petrik-Kelley Funeral Home, Tripp. Lester Olesen HURLEY Lester P. Olesen, 77, Hurley, died Friday in his home. Mr. Olesen was born June 28, 1911, in Turner County.

He married Lillian Christensen in August 1968 in Yankton. They farmed in the rural Viborg area and moved into Hurley in 1980. Survivors include his wife; and two sisters, Mrs. Clifford (Helen) Jorgensen and Mrs. Anne Warner, both of Viborg.

Joe Brandes, 65, Madison, died Saturday in his son's home in St. Paul, Minn. Arrangements are pending with the Hallenbeck-Ellsworth Funeral Home, Madison. Louis Sedlacek TYNDALL Louis Sedlacek, 85, Tyndall, died Friday in St. Michael's Nursing Home, Tyndall.

Mr. Sedlacek was born Dec. 26, 1902, in Vodnany. He married Clara Sykora on June 26, 1934, in Tabor. He farmed until retiring.

He moved into Tyndall in 1977. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Robert, Tabor; Louis Tripp; Richard, Hermosa; and Joe, Scotland; three daughters, Mrs. Don (Emily) Mudloff, Tabor; Mrs. Dennis (Irene) Reiner, Yankton; and Mrs. Kenny (Charlene) Pietz, Tripp; 30 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Steve, Scotland.

Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Vodnany Catholic Church, Vodnany. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Josephsen was born Sept. 24, 1932, in rural Arlington where he attended school and was graduated from Arlington High School in 1951. He marrried Faye Tomp Services will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Seventh Day Ad-ventist Church, Hurley. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, rural Viborg.

Visitation will be in the afternoon and evening Monday in the Gaddis Funeral Home, Viborg. Vera Faber KENNEBEC Vera Faber, 80, Kennebec, died Friday in her home. Vera Heston was born Nov. 16, 1907, in Kennebec where she attended school. She married Art Faber in 1928 in Chamberlain.

In 1935, they moved to rural Kennebec and lived there for 46 years before moving into town. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Presho, Busy Bee Club and Senior Citizen's Club. Survivors include her husband; a son, Dean, Murdo; four daughters, Mrs. Roy (Lela) Richmond, Quinn; Mrs. Ray (Jean) Moore, Kennebec; Mrs.

Knute (Janice) Selland, Chamberlain; and Mrs. Roy (Janet) Kobus, Rapid City; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; a brother, Rex, Wadena, and five sisters, Veva Co-peland, Kennebec; Neva Ma-theson, Wyoming, Louise Johnson, Yankton; Ethel Riggs, Kennebec; and Phyllis Portillo, Yankton. Henry "Curley" Nichols, 86, Duluth, died Oct. 16, in Duluth. Mr. Nichols was born June 2, 1902, in Centerville. He was graduated from Platte High School in 1923.

He married Katherine in 1967 in Sioux Falls. They lived in Sioux Falls before moving to Duluth in 1983. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Alnice Nichols, Ack-worth, Iowa; a brother, Mario, SanJacinto, and a sister, Penny Abel, SanJacinto. Services were Wednesday in Duluth. Burial was in the Platte City Cemetery.
