Earning journeymen status, Raymond began working at Hi-Low Foods until he was drafted in the Army where he served from 1963 to 1965 stationed at Fort Hamilton. After an honorable discharge he continued working as a butcher. Raymond is survived by his siblings, Kathryn (Richard) Griffin; Charles (Geri) Donnelly; and Bill (Donna) Donnelly as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
