When Mr. Johnson was six months old, they returned to the United States. When he was 11 years old, the family moved to Columbus, Ga. Williams Is Re-Arrested EDINBURG Already facing a. federal charge of transporting stolen automobile across a state line. E. Williams ol Donna was being held in the county jail here Wednesday under a warrant from Corpus Christi charging him with felony sw idling. Williams was arrested at Donna Tuesday by Constable Harvey Klemens at the request of Nueces county authorities, according to Assistant District Attorney Jacfc Boss.

Standing Outlined Many growers have asked the question what the status of the present existing marketing agreement program will be in the event of the disapproval of the proposed new program. It is pointed out that in view of developments in the Valley during the past several months, the disapproval of the proposed program could be interpreted but one way--that is that growers do not desire a marketing agreement program of any kind. Therefore, if the program is disapproved by growers. it will be necessary to terminate the existing programs, which will leave the Texas citrus industry without any marketing agrement program for the 1939-40 season.
