But if Starr, 55, is to resurface every three or four years to perform rock shows on stage, let's just say he won't get by without a little help from his friends. For this third All-Starr tour, the job of surrounding Ringo goes to the disparate players from idle bands such as The Who, The Rascals, Bachman- 2,200 or so people who half-filled the theater. Ringo Starr and his All-Starrs perform again tonight at the Sunrise Musical Theatre.

Showtime is 8 p.m. Ticket's at $37.75 are sold out, but those at $32.75 and $27.75 are available. For more information, please call the theater at 305-741-7300. The Who's John Entwistle had fun with the silly Boris the Spider; Randy Bachman played hard through Ain 't Seen Nothin Yet, No Sugar and Takin' Care Of Business. There were Beatles songs too: Yellow Submarine, I Wanna Be Your Man and the encore, A Little the first few notes of which incited frenzy among the Don 't Miss Carl's August Home Sale For 21 To 66 Savings On An SAVE 21 jT0 66 ff jmC Abundant Collection Of Furnishings.
