Family Quits Home When Ouster Suit Is Filed by the Owner An unlawful detainer suit based on asserted failure to pay rental for a home that was commenced by Agnes McLaughlin against Mr. and Mrs.

S. Henderson In the Christie Justice court was Friday disposed of by the court. The Hendersons, according to Justice Bert P. Christie, have vacated the home. The complaint recited that the plaintiff Is the owner of a home at 1014 Sixth avenue south and 1 was entitled to possession of the property.

The Hendersons were said to have entered Into possession of the home under a lease agreement by which they agreed to pay a rental of $25 each month. The rent was paid up to Feb. 8. The complaint alleged that the Hendersons were in default for six months, and that a demand had been made for payment of the rent or vacating of the house. The Hendersons did neither, it was stated.

Judgment was asked for the unpaid rental, and the court Friday granted the plaintiff a Judgment for the $150 rental trebled, or $450 and costs. Henderson is a laborer and records of the county auditor's office show that the family has received aid from the county. No Taxes Here! JENNEBSTOWN. Aug. 12.
