Judge E. J. Raker Wednesday took under advisement the case of W. Bridges Sc Co. sgamst the Hank r'f Fergus county.

In, i which th plaintiff sued to recover 511.fi00 alleged to have been due since The action was tried before the court without a jury. The plaintiff, a Boston wool house, received a large quantity of wool from here in 1920 and made an advance of 25 cents a pound. It is contended that this wool was consigned to it by the bank, the plaintiff acting as agent, and that the defendant instructed the plaintiff not to sell the sanie at the price current. Then th market went down heavily and losses to the amount sued for were incurred. The defendants contends that it had no interest whatever in this wool, merely sending one of its men out with a car, taking the buyer, Mr.

Patterson, to various sheep ranches as an of courtesy. Ingram Is Detained 1 as Robbery Suspect i Alleged to have robbed William fteel. a guest at the Johnson hotel.
