Road Department to compel the ob servance of a Court of Appeals deci sion handed down in 1917 in the Smith case Albert Terstegge president of the club announced today If suc cessful this suit would in effect re quire that the fund derived from auto mobile license fees be applied to main tenance of the completed highway of the State 1 Stiff opposition to the suit how ever is to come from the State
