A part of tlits tract is hammock land, a part pine, and a part low of the richest, quality it has a full view of the bay, in front of Horn and Round Island, about midway betweenNew-Orleans arid Mobile on the inward passage. It is famous for its ween turtle fishery, and no its green turtle fishery, and no place excells oysters and all the endless variety of fish nd in the inlets of the Gulph of Mexico! There it for oysters and all the endless variety of fish found in the inlets of the Gulph of Mexico. There is" live oak growing on the margin of the Bav, and large accumulation's of shells that is usually and profitably converted into lime and transported New Orleaxs. This place is eleirantly calculated for a summer retreat from New Orleans.

The sitle is as good as any in the country. A great bargain will be given of these lands on immediate application, for candour-compels the undersignedto say, he would not part with them, a4uJa1 i diate payment of hs just debts, and to releave him from pressing pecuniary embarrassments.
