C. Love, an American resident of tho City of Mexico, will arrive in this city in a few days to institute litigation to recover 6,000,000 acres of land in north Texas, including tho Dallas and Fort Worth. Love's claim is on an alleged grant of tho land by tho Mexican government to an ancestor of Love, Colonel Reuben Ross, in recognition of valuable military service in the Mexican war of independence in ,1813. The value of the land involved is estimated at one billion dollars. Nearly all of tho hoirs to the vast estate reside in Texas.
