Fish with shiners and plastic worms in deeper waters (10-12 feet) during the day. Specs are near lily pads, hitting jigs and minnows. Bream are slow throughout the lake.

Saltwater: Tom and Rene Parker of Orlando brought home a good catch last Saturday, fishing out of Port Canaveral. The two, forced to fish in the port because of high winds, caught several flounder to 24 inches, three bluefish in the 3-4-pound range and five Spanish mackerel to 5 pounds. They fished near the mouth of the port and the southern tip with mullet strips and shrimp.
