The 'Meyer-Neville Hardware Com- pany was incorporated durinR the early part of 1300, and in pursuance of the' well established policy of the incorpor-, ainrs or flmnf; things rifiht, it has ad-herel always to a policy of doing things right. But a few weeks had passed before lhe firm reorganized inadequacy of its vast store room and set about to acquire more. The result was, as above stated, the purchase of the old Elmer Hotel, at the rear. of the new buildinir and its conversion into a repository for heavy hardware. This building was at once filled from cellar to garret with menus in Meridian wnen tne announce- nient came that he would be appointed to trie position or postmaster.
