This bring 1 the year's total to $11,276,890 for 1,476 permits.

Everyone is different and each has certain likes and dislikes. Our choices in a land of free- dom.vary, in small degrees and in numerous areas of interest. We, the people, cast our votes for the items which will be manufactured and for the products which will be eliminated from the market place. We vote for economic conditions, political choices, social changes, intellectual choices, a changes, artistic endeavors and religious developments. AH this freedom is possible where people accept the spiritual principle of brotherhood and love.

These principles cannot be endured in a land where people give up their religious faith in God and man. Wherever folk cease to worship a being higher than man, they turn to more human leadership. 'Human leadership without God finds in trouble because there is always someone jealous of the incumbent. The only way one can retain dictatorial power is to eliminate competition and rule by force. Under a rule of force, people are robbed of freedom and have to be pushed around.

Only folk who are afraid will take this kind of treatment. The American people are not afraid of their leaders, but they are free as spiritual entities. We can hold this position as long as we pray and worship God as our Lord and guide. Let us grow in worship and in faith.
