Born in Oklahoma to German immigrants, Paul Redlich later moved to Chicago where he met and married Harriet Glidden.

They raised their two sons in Chicago while Paul worked for the Board of Education for more than 20 years as a teacher and principal. He was a student, and later became a teacher and principal of William H. Ray School in the Hyde Park neighborhood where he grew up. In his retirement he enjoyed stamp collecting and was a member of the Illinois Postal History Society. He and Harriet moved to California in 1986.

and Harry L. Chapman, and raised i Lansing, MI. She grad u- ated from Lansing Ce n- tral High School i 1941. She attended d- ward W. Sparrow Nur sing School, at Sparro Hospital in Lansin and graduated as a RN in 1944.

She enlis t- ed in the Army Nurse Corps in 1944, and served most of her tim at the Army hospital in Fort Dix, J. She had planned upon leaving th Army with just her but cam out with a "Mrs." as well. She married her fav o- rite patient, Corporal Earl Sievert in 1947. Th couple lived in Chicago until 1952 when Ea rl was transferred to Jasonville, IN. They wer there from 1952-1966, and she worked sever al more years as an RN at the hospital in Sulliva IN.

While in Jasonville, she was active in th First Christian Church and the Tri-Kappa Soro r- ity. In 1966, Earl was transferred to the Form fit plant in Chicago, and they lived in Northlak until their deaths. She was an Elder at Trini ty Presbyterian Church and had been a deaco and choir director as well. Gail was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; her parents, Glady and Harry and her younger brother, Har ry Jr. She is survived by two children, Robert Sie v- ert of Gainesville, GA and Emily (Russ) Greenwald of Gurnee, IL; three grandsons, Robe rt (Emmi) Sass, James (Amanda) Sass and Jaso Sass; and four great-grandchildren.
