New Disney festival will be celebration of food and wine A few years ago, Walt Disney World ended the annual wine festival that brought well-known winemakers from around the world to Central Florida for a weekend celebration of wine and food. Disney has been out of the wine festival business since, but officials hope a new era of wine and food festivals will begin Saturday with the opening of the first Epcot International Food and Wine Festival Carta Wytmar, manager of the festival, is quick food market; and wine regions, which will most closely resemble the typical wine tasting event What will not be typical is that all tastes will cost in addition to the regular $40.81 admission to the park.
