Wood, deputy collector of customs here. Shrimp imports continue to Iea4 the list with 36,128 poundn taken in during the period. Second greatest import was sea trout, followed closely by snook. Sea trout imported totalled 18,123 pounds; snook, 17,493 pounds.

Other fish imports during the week were: redfish, 10,890 pounds; croaker, 13.265 pounds; red snip- per, 6,840 pounds, catfish, -1 612 pounds sheepshead, 701 pounds sea bass, 145 pounds; gaepergou 133 pounds; and pompano, ff pounds. the cold blasts which were moving south at a rate of 20 to 25 miles per hour had dissipated before reaching this area. The air mass dropped temperatures to a low of 40 degrees in Amarillo but had been warmed up by the sun so as to be almost unnoticeable when reaching south Texas, the weatherman said.
