Disney, however, expects to reopen the pavilion in time for its 25th anniversary, a 15-month extravaganza that kicks off at the beginning of October. NETWORK EXPOSURE TIME WARNER Cable is looking to Disney World for more exposure of its Full Service Network. The company has set up five stations at Epcot's Innoven-tions, a trade fair-style attraction that showcases new technologies used in work and play. Visitors to Innoventions will see demonstrations of the interactive-television system being tested in parts of Seminole and Orange counties and then have an opportunity to try it for themselves.

LOOKING FOR AN OUTLET COFFEE TALK at Winter Park Mall has it that the owners plan to convert the neglected property into a designer outlet center and that the Dillard's store may also be converted into an outlet for that chain. Tina Morbitzer, whose company manages the property, said to expect an announcement within the next 60 days but wouldn't elaborate. Another idea being considered: an entertainment complex. HEALTHY HOTEL INVESTORS ARE seeking to build a Best Western hotel in Lake County and are eyeing a site in Clermont near the proposed home of the new South Lake Hospital, sources say. The hospital campus is expected to feature sports facilities and could become home of USA Triathlon, the sport's national governing body.

That should help attract sporting events and related conferences to the campus and generate traffic for the hotel. OPEN FOR BUSINESS AVALON PARK Associates, developer of what is now the Avalon Park development in east Orange County, has opened an office at 130 S. Orange Ave. in downtown Orlando. The massive development is being supervised by Michael McAfee, former project director at the Hunter's Creek development in south Orange County.
