Dunnigan and Albert A. Nofi. It's not so much a history book as it is a cool collection of curious tidbits about the last great war this country ever fought and won. Now, I don't know about your experiences with old people, but it seems like whenever I encounter anyone older than 60, the main things they want to talk about are (a) their medical problems, (b) zoning laws or (c) World War II.
