The Texas Democrat thus injli- cated that the congress might still' be in session in September.

Rayburn said he thought pres- ent talk about a special session I was "nonsensical" because the present session still has from three to four months to run in his opinion. "No Extra Session" "Why talk about an extra session when we are already here and will be for some time?" Rayj burn told reporters. The speaker said the matter of recess, adjournment or a special session had not come up in conferences between the President and his leaders. He said as far as the House was concerned, he thought it was "ahead of the game" in work on the administration program. "But I don't think anybody would expect us to pass all of this program in one session of congress," he added.

"Remember, we still have another session of the 81st congress after this one." Much Action Due Congressional action has not been completed yet on the regular appropriation bills. The outcome of the Taft-Hartley labor law re- pealer still is in doubt. The congress has authorized the second part of the Marshall plan program, but no money has been put up yet. The senate still has to debate the Atlantic pact, and then both houses will have to take up the arms for Europe program. Although the senate has passed an administration housing program, the house has not as yet.

All such measures will require time. Obituaries Willis E. Beasaw Willis E. Beasaw, 70, died this morning at Waukesha Memorial hospital after an illness of three weeks. Born in Dale, he came to Waukesha 36 years ago and had worked at the Michael Yundt co.
