ice cream cart on his street in Greenville, S.C. "I remember the penny cones we used to buy from the carts as children," Enloe said. "No bigger than your finger, but they were really packed with ice cream a kind of watery ice cream." Then he abruptly leaned forward in his chair. "But we didn't have the traffic problems we have now," he said. Enloe, now 61, recalled the happy moments of his boyhood in defending the City Council's recent action in barring ice cream trucks from Raleigh's neighborhoods.

The first report I received from this new company showed that its net asset value per share atjout $9. This stock has been quoted in the over- the-counter market at over $20 a share. I am unhappy. Don't you agree that this Is ridiculous? A. Wow! I get lots of letters from unhappy stockholders.
