Ed Harris, 14426 South Brand Blvd, as they celebrated their anniversary here. The Harrises, well known in Van Nuys lodge circles, came to California in 1895 and settled at Colton, moving to the Valley in 1913. They resided in Reseda prior to moving to San Fernando. Mrs. Harris is a past district deputy and past noble grand of Van Nuys Rebekah Lodge 230, and a member of Wat-A-Wah Degree of Pocahontas.

Mr. Harris a past grand of Van Nuys Lodge 442, 10 O.F. and is also a member of Van Nuys Rebekah Lodge. He was custodian for the Board of Education for 18 years and served the same capacity for the Van Nuys Branch, Bank of America. Members of the Rebekah Lodge gave a surprise party for them at their home with Mary Kidder arranging the event.
