He was born January 26, 1928 in Chicago, IL. Son of the late Frank and Esther Bringman. He attended Purdue University and graduated as a Mechanical Engineer. He served in the Navy during WWII and as a Navy Lt. in the Korean War.

He worked at Wisconsin Steel in various capacities for 29 years to Superintendent of Plant Maintenance and then as Plant Engineer at Mueller Brass for 10 years in Port Huron, MI. Donald was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris and is survived by their children, Sheryl Bringman, of Wyoming, OH, and Diane Bringman, of Birmingham, AL. He is also survived by his grandson, Paul Fisher, Wyoming, OH. He was preceded in death by his second of Chicago, and survived by her children, Charles and Nancy. He was preceded in death by his brother, David.

He is survived by his wife, Carole, and her children, Pamela andCol- leen, and granddaughter, Angela. Donald and Carole retired to Myrtle Beach in the year 2000.
