PROGRAM AT HIGH SCHOOL. The Commercial Literary Society presented a splendid literary program besides the debate last, night at the Kern County High Schflol. Elsie Rawlings gave a recitation and Commercial Register, the Commercial classes'Mpaper, was read, much the delfght of everybody.
