(UPI) The director of the Miss Universe pageant says the Lebanese government had refused to allow Georgina Rizk. the 1971 titlist. to leave the country to crown her successor in this year's contest beginning tomorrow. Landon said not only was Lebanon, keeping Miss Rizk ai home but would not send a contestant to this year's pageant. The Lebanese consul in San Juan, Salibe Tartak, said Miss Rizk was afraid of possible terrorist acts such as the bombings that disrupted the Miss USA pagent in May.
