The pact was signed in a five- minute ceremony at this Himalayan nil! station 240 miles north of New Delhi. It capped five days of intense summit conference talks by the leaders of the two nations. Under the agreement, India will return to Pakistan all territory lost along the "western front" during the two-week war which ended last December, ex- the areas along the Kashmir cease-fire line.
