Jewell, 87, inveterate world traveler, died Monday after a 15-month stay at the Mount Dora Healthcare Center. Previously she held residence on Overlook Drive in Mount Dora. She was a member of the First Presbyte teri an Church of Mount Dora. Mrs.

Jewell was born in London and retired to Mount Dora from Cleveland in 1955 with her husband, the late Arthur R. Jewell. She was the daughter of the late Alfred Josiah and Elizabeth Wainwright Reeves, both of England. Mrs. Jewell received her bachelor of science degree in Education from Ohio State University in 1924.

She majored in English and history, writing for the Cleveland Plain Dealer before her marriage to Arthur in 1931. When the Jewells retired to Mount Dora in 1955, they both became active members of the community. Mrs. Jewell was past president of the Azalea Circle of the Lakes and Hills Garden Club and served as publicity chairman for many years. For 31 years, Mrs.

Jewell willingly devoted her Friday mornings for volunteer work at the Mount Dora Chamber of Commerce. "You could always count on Marjorie arriving at the chamber every Friday morning when she wasn't traveling to greet visitors to the chamber and community," said Al Liveright, executive vice president of the Chamber. During the summer months, the Mount Dora Topic weekly newspaper would publish her travel adventures for local residents to enjoy. She visited almost every country in the world. She was also a member of the Mount Dora Lawn Bowling Club.

She was a lifetime and former member of the board of governors of the IceHouse Players Theatre, Mount Dora. Her husband died in 1971 and she is survived by a nephew, Clifford Reeves Jr. of Fairview Park, Ohio. A memorial service will be held in Mount Dora later this month. ANDERSON, 61 retired school teacher MR. ANDERSON, 1895 Stacey Drive, Mount Dora, died Monday. Born in Cambridge, he moved to Mount Dora from Minneapolis in 1984. He was a retired school teacher. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church of Eustis.

Born in Pasco County, she moved to Groveland from there in 1922. She was a homemaker and retired operator of Kinlaw Dairy. She was a member of the Edge Memorial United Methodist Church, Groveland. She was chairman of the Floral Calendar Committee of Edge Memorial for 40 years. She was a member of the Senior Woman's Club and the Garden Club, both of Groveland.

Born in Portland, Maine, he moved to Tavares from Freeport, Maine, in 1978. He was a retired manager for Ship Chanerly. He was a Protestant. He was a member of Forrest City Rod and Gun Club, Portland. Survivors: wife, Kathleen; son, Robert, St.
