Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Johnson located on a farm six miles northwest of Sioux Falls in 1875. She grew to womanhood on the farm and on March 25, 1879. she was united in marriage at Sioux Falls to John P.

Johnson. The young couple took up a homestead five miles west of Crooks, where they engaged in farming continuously until 1917. in that year, they moved to Sioux Falls and have resided here for the last 14 years. Mrs. Johnson was a charter mem ber of the Benton Lutheran church near Crooks and took a marked interest in activities of that congregation.

She took a prominent part in work of the ladies aid for many years. After moving to Sioux Falis, she continued to attend services at that church and when unable to make the trip there, attended Aug usta na Lutheran church in this city. Celebrated Anniversary Two years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.

All their cml dren gathered for the event as well as other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral arrangements have not been completed, although relatives said burial would be made in. the Benton churchyard. Rev. G.

Negro transient and self-styled representative of the "White Horse Army," religious organization that "applies to all Christians," addressed an interested audience irt municipal court this morning.

Johnson at Rowena Tuesday evening, and lodged in the county jail on vagrancy charges. W. Withers, Sioux Falls Negro minister, testified that Smith had no authority to collect money for Sioux Falls Negro organizations. Smith was found guilty by C. J. Delbridge, judge pro tern, and sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail.

Damage Action for Injuries Seen In Court Order Filed A damage suit for alleged personal Injuries to a 12-year-old daughter of Dr.

W. Donahoe, Sioux Fallsj was seen as probable today when Judge Ray E. Dougherty signed a court order appointing Dr. Donahoe as guardian ad litem for his daughter, for the purpose of instituting a damage action in circuit court. The court order was signed upon the application of Dr.

Donahoe, but at a late hour today no complaint had been filed in the anticipated action. No amount in the form of damages to be demanded is intimated in the court order. However, it -does state that the daughter of Dr. Donahoe was injured as the result' of having been struck by a De Luxe taxicab on July 26. 1931.

The records in the local police department reveal that on that date a collision between a De Luxe cab and the Donahoe car was reported as hoving taken place at the corner of Dakota avenue and Fifth st.
