BRODY Correspondent For those about to enjoy a special occasion at the Bridge-water Manor, Tropea Ristorante might be just the place to hold a rehearsal dinner or entertain out-of-town guests. Set off from the catering hall, a separate door opens into a small area, where guests may sit and chat while waiting for friends. A well-stocked, cozy bar invites visitors to stop and enjoy a drink before dinner. Executive chef Abe Shafie believes his Italian cuisine "is different from that served at any other place."
