THE LAWTON CONSTITUTION, Friday, June 20, 1975 1C DURANT (AP)- Roy Boatner, 67, the uncle of State Sen, Roy Boatner, D-Caiera. was acquitted Thursday of second-degree murder charges by. a Bryan County District Court jury. Boatner had been charged with the Sept. 16.
