Mr. Harry Price and Miss Clara Harman. of Eftingham, Kansas. were married by Probate Judge Hodges, at Paola, Tuesday afternoon July 13. Mr.

Price has been working at Effingham, and there became acquainted with the lady who became his bride this week. They came to Wellsville Sunday for a yisit with the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A.

Price. and drove to Poala Tuesday afternoon. -Wellsville G'obe. The bride is the youngest daughter ot Mr. and Mrs.

W. S. Harman, of Ethiogham and is well known here. The groom is a baker in the Harman Bakery. They will make their home in Eftingbam.

Mrs. T. C. Honnell died at her home in Everest. Friday afternoon after an illness of more than a month.

She was 65 years old. The funeral services were held at the home Sunday afternoon and the remains were buried in the Kennekuk cemetery. Mrs. C. E.

The Mrs. Martha Alice Saxton was born near Greensburg. Westmorelaud county, Pennsylvania, February 23 1840 Died July 8 1909, at her home near Everest. Mrs. Saxton bad been a partial invalid for five years, suffering from diabetes, from which she could never get well.

and ten days betore she died was attacked with acute indiges. tion and her beart failed. She was married to Henry Saxton, Dec. 1860. in the city of Atchison.

He was a native of New York state. Six sons were born to this union, two died in infancy and her husband died about three years ago. She leaves four sons, three daughters-in-law and eleven grandchildren to mourn her loss. Her sons are: Gates. Archie and Charles.

The farm is located in the northern part of Grasshopper township. Atchison county. In early womanhood she united with the Methodist church, in which church she lived a consistent member until death. Mrs. Saxton was a woman of' sterling worth beloved by a large circle ot friends.

Funeral services were held at the house Friday afternoon July 9, conducted by Rev. Fred Benson, of the Methodist church of Everest and the burial was in Mt. Vernon cemetery at Atchison. Marsh-Wright. 'The following item taken from the paper at Covina.
