Glamorous motion picture stars Jill St. John and Chris Noel are seen in the latest mini-skirt styles, as well as the lithe, leg;y London models, captured on ilm against the pulsating background of discotheques and Condon's most <: in" boutiques * * * The life, the people, the world of "The Tenement" will be examined by CBS News on Tuesday, Feb. 28 (Ch. 8, 10 to 11 p.m.) on the CBS Television Network. The broadcast, produced by Jay McMullen, will focus on nine Negro families living in a tenement on South Ellis Street In the Oakland section of Chicago — their hopes, {ears and problems, their feelings about life and about facing each new day, "To get at the faces and feelings behind the statistics", says McMullen, "we filmed life in this building from June, 1966 into February 1967."
