Borden, 4405 Lannoy Lane. The couple will be wed at six o'clock, Nov. 5, in the Belmont Bible Church by the Rev. Steward Webber in a double-ring ceremony. The future bride graduated in 1966 from the Anderson High School. Her finace graduated in 1965 from Madison Heights High School and is employed at Delco-Remy Division of General Motors Corporation. (Lawrence-Krehe Studio) Miss Ann Monica Perkins Flanagan, Perkins Vows To Be Repeated Miss Ann Monica Perkins and John Albert Flanagan have set Oct. 14 as the date for thrif wedding. The young couple will exchange nuptial vows in St. Mathows Catholic Church, Indianapolis. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Perkins, 5746 N. Ewing St., Indianapolis, are parents of the bride- elect, and the future bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Flanagan, 2611 W. 18th St., Anderson. The prospective bridegroom was graduated from Madison Heights High School and is presently the News Director for WTTV Television station, Indianapolis. Both attended Purdue University. Shipley, 226 Federal Dr., Anderson. The bride-elect is a senior at Parsons College, and will graduate in February of 1967. She is affiliated with Alpha Xi Delta Sorority. The prospective bridegroom, Mr. Shipley, a graduate of Madison Heights High School, was graduated from Parsons College, Class of 1966, with a B.A. Degree in Business. He is currently enrolled in Ball State University Graduate School, working on his master's degree in business.
