The Rev. Terry Mayhew presided. Parents are Robin and Deb Griffeth, Jewell, and David and Roberta Spencer, Circleville. Maid of honor and best man were Jami Hutchinson of Hays and Tim Spencer of Ulysses. The bride, a graduate of Jewell High School, is studying chemistry at Fort Hays State University Her husband, a graduate of Jackson Heights High School and Kansas State University, is a range management specialist at Natural Resources Conservation Service, Emporia. They live in Emporia. Brianne Elizabeth File and John Charles Wiese were married March 17, 2001, at Beloit First Christian Church. The Rev. Dan Nagel officiated. Parents are Sharon File and Steve File, both of Beloit, and Bill and Beverly Wiese, Hunter Maid of honor and best man were Jessica File of Amarillo, Texas, and Wm Wiese of Hunter The bride, a graduate of Beloit High School and Hutchinson Community College, works at Dillard's in Manhattan. The groom is a graduate of Sylvan Unified High School and Hutchinson Community College. He is pursuing an agri-business degree at Kansas State University They live in Manhattan. Parents of the couple are Barbara and Eldon Hoyle, Junction City, Virginia Guerra, Salina, and the late Paul Guerra! Matron of honor and best man were Chris Davis of Salina and Sandie Mayer of Junction City The bride received a degree in social work from Kansas State University and a master's degree in social work from the University of Kansas. She is a psychotherapist at Johnson County Mental Health Center Her husband received a degree in mechanical engineering from K-State. He owns a product development firm in Overland Park. They live in Shawnee. A daughter, Cerah Faye, was born March 21, 2001, to Sali- nans Larry and Evelin Toothman, 240 S. Eighth, No. 2. Grandparents are Salinans Larry and Barbara Toothman, 2239 Wesley, Wayne Williams and the late Sarah Williams. Great-grandparents are Doris Adele Holt, Wichita; Mary Toothman, Salina; and the late C.E. "Tooty" Toothman. Tabatha Dawn Kirchner A daughter, Tabatha Dawn, was born March 8, 2001, to Salinans John and Jennifer Kirchner, 164 Florida. Brother is Tyler, 2%. Grandparents are Salinans Jackie and Jean Osborne, 1310 Glenshire, and Darrell and Caroline Kirchner, 309 S. Phillips.
