Treat Your Body as Well as You Do Your Car Because the body is such a wonderful salf sustaining machine, we are prone to let it run along as best it can until som in drastic goes wrong. Car acci- dents occur every day. There are collisions arid turn overs. The car is taken to have the frame straigntcned, the dents taken out of the fenders, and everything lined up in good shape, but the motorist, unless he has bones broken, merely paints over his bumps and dents and lets his frame go regardless how badly it may have beeri twisted out shape.

The body reacts just like any piece of machinery when left in this condition. Wear on certain parts is greater, and the life of your machine is shortened.
