WGAG, which by the way stands for "Green and Gold Radio," operates Monday through Friday and can be heard from 6:30 a m. to 6 30 p.m. ting up. Greg Gentlemen, formerly of WLOF, helped with the format set up. Harvey Rivers, assistant principal, has backed their plans all the way.

At the present time 20 students sre on the staff. Three of these students hold F.C.C. third class licenses. Jack faculty adviser and station manager, holds a first class license and supervises the staff. WGAG is a non-commercial educational station which can not advertise for profit-making organizations.

Airing ications Commission' granted a construction permit. Since no county money is put into this Station, students held fund-raising projects to get an antennae, transmitter, and microphones. WMFE-TV loaned a control board and WKIS, WHOO, WOKB, WBJW. WOBO; and WLOF all donated equipment. Bill Baer supplied the station with records and Pine Castle Lumber donated lumber for Station construction.

The station's formation began in 1975 when two seniors thought Oak Ridge needed a station. Although these two graduated, the drive for a Station continued. The program will also include a contemporary number with narration and singing parts. The Valencia Community College Concert Band and Brass Choir, directed by Keith Ledford, will present their annual spring concert at 1 m. on Wednesday, March 29. in the rotunda of Building 1 on the West Campus of Valencia Community College, 1 800 South Kirkman Road. The concert, featuring a wide variety of solo and ensemble band numbers, is free and open to the public.

The Claude Kipnis mime theater group from New York, in conjunction with the Florida Symphony in Orlando, came to West Orange High School and performed mime shows for these visiting students. The show began with students being shown mime actions. The students then tried the actions themselves. Students were delighted by the performances given which included a cir-Cus act that highlighted a sword swal-lower, tight rope walkers, and jugglers.
