"I saw what looked like a huge white worm draped over a great, big boulder and swam over to see what it was." He never did say what the white object was but went into the heart of the tale. "WHILE I was swimming around the boulder I noticed that several more were laying around and a couple had formed a small cave," Diver continued. "I swam over toward the cave and there was a big bass laying there staring at me. "The more I looked at the fish, the more I wanted to catch it but didn't have anything with me but a crow bar." Now don't get ahead of the tale. You can't swing a crow bar or anything else for that matter, under water, fast enough to hit a fish over the head: It's like swinging in slow motion.

"I held the crowbar straight out in front of me and very slowly swam closer and closer to the fish.
