The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bruce and Charlotte Burge of Lorain and Thomas and Linda Braeckel of Ormond Beach, Fla. Deuce is the grandson of Elizabeth Brister and lor's Degree in the clinical concentration of Kinesiology. She is attending Texas Women's University in the fall of 2013 where she will work on receiving her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Trey is a graduate of West Monroe High School, and a graduate of Louisiana Tech University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology.

He is attending the University of Houston's Law School in the fall of 2013 where he will work on receiving his Juris Doctorate. The couple will exchange vows on April 20th, 2013 at four o'clock in the evening at First Baptist Church of West Monroe with a reception following at the Ouachita Grand Plaza in Monroe.
