Also included will be meatballs and sausage, salad bar, dessert and beverages. Tickets are available the night of the event at the door for $8.50 for adults, $8 for senior citizens older than 60, $7:50 for children under 10. Children under age 2 may eat free.

The two co-chairmen of the North Jersey American Chemical Society Minority Affairs Committee, Jeannette Brown of Hillsborough and Al-lene Johnson of Maplewood, were invited to voice the position of the organization regarding science education at a Town Hall Meeting for the African-American community in January. Johnson, a retired high school teacher in Summit, spoke about the society's position on the "No Child Left Behind Title legislation and the Math Science Partnerships. The society believes that all children should have access to high-quality science education. For more information, visit www.njacs.org.

Rotary Club names officers Members of the Rotary Club of Hillsborough have selected their officers and members of the Board of Directors for 2003. They are: Mike Merdinger, president; Steve Rodzinak, vice president; Chris Sclafani, secretary, and Dennis Valcheck, treasurer. Named to the Board of Directors were Mike Merdinger, Steve Rodzinak, Phyllis Heller, Chris Sclafani, Dennis Valcheck, Dale Gates, Tom Crivello and Jerry Noll. The Rotary Club of Hillsborough meets weekly at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesdays at Pheasants Landing Restaurant.
